Reese's Peanut Butter Squares

Ingredients

1 14 oz. Can - Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 Tspoon - Vanilla Extract
1 10 oz. bag - Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
1 10 oz. bag - Semi Sweet Milk Chocolate Chips

Preparations

Grab an 8 x 8 square pan and line it with aluminum foil, make sure it hangs i bit on each side of the pan so you can pull it out later. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Put 1 cup of the Peanut Butter Chips in a mixing bowl along with 1/2 tspn of vanilla extract and half of the can of condensed milk. Microwave for about 30-45 seconds and stir until mixed evenly. Pour the P.B. mix into the square pan and smooth out evenly across the entire bottom of the pan. Rinse out and dry the mixing bowl, add 2 Cups of the Chocolate Chips, the 1 tspn of vanilla extract and the rest of the condensed milk. Microwave for about 45-60 seconds, stir, and pour that on top of the P.B. mix, smooth until even across all sides. Let sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool with foil over the top. Once cooled, use the extra foil over the sides to pull out, cut into even squares, and serve.

*note - If you choose to, after adding the P.B. mix to the pan, crumble up some Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and toss them in there before you add the Chocolate mix.
